A look at our work

Every NASA center (there are over ten) manages its software separately, and there’s no centralized way to search and explore the work of billions of hours of software development. NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) partnered with us to take on the challenge of creating a centralized system to index and search software projects across all of NASA.

We worked closely with the College of Education to develop an updated website that provides a user-friendly approach to simplify the site’s original complexities. The accessible layout provides users with a clean, interactive interface. The new responsive website was built in Drupal 7 and promotes a simplified sitemap with uncomplicated information architecture, and allows every department to create their own identity within the UMD brand.

Mindgrub partnered with the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation to build their Explorer application. It is an official guide to the protected waters of the Florida Keys, home to the only continental barrier reef in the United States. At every stage of your visit (before, during, and after), you can use this app and its features to learn more about Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.
